Change of Mind
- Returns or refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.
- Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Photo or video evidence will be required for approval.
- Once approved, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Delays
- If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe (45 days for U.S., 60 days for most countries, 110 days for Brazil), we will provide a refund or replacement.

Delivered Orders
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier cannot be refunded.
- If you did not receive the package, a non-delivery certification from your local post office may be required.

Order Cancellations
- A full refund is available if the order is canceled before it is processed or shipped.
- Print-on-Demand and preorder items cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
